Upload your prescription if you need it with power, you will receive a call from an optician to help you to select the right lenses that fits your prescription.

Complete your purchase by adding your purchase to the cart.

Review your purchase and proceed to checkout.

If you don’t have an account create one.

Fill out your shipping address if you don’t have already.

Select your favorite shipping method.

Choose your favorite payment method.

After Placing your order, you will get a confirmation email sent by Hakeem Oyoun containing all information needed for your order.

Do I need a prescription to place my purchase?

If you only want to pay it without prescription it’s fine but if you are placing an order with corrective lenses or contact lenses you will need to upload your prescription to ensure that we sent you the right product. Prescription contains these values (Sphere values, Cylinder and axes – if applicable ….

How long does it take to deliver my purchases?

Delivering your purchases should take place within 2-5 business days after an order confirmation, also order with special requests like frames with corrective lenses might require more than that and will let you know for sure.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Sure, you can change your delivery address by contacting us on cs@hakeem.sa with your order number and updated addres. If your order is already with courier and you have received your tracking number you will need to contact them right away in their address.
